Yesterday Jeremy’s daycare had a theme of “dress up as what you want to be when you grow up” – so on Monday evening, we asked Jeremy what he wants to be when he grows up, not expecting much comprehension let alone an answer. Come on, he’s two! Oh how wrong we were.

Jeremy is pretty enthusiastic about wanting to be a KITE when he grows up. Here is a video from supper last night where he says it at least twice:

Jeremy is 26 months old now, and such a big boy! He helped me bake a chocolate rhubarb cake last week – it was gooooood (but he didn’t like the pieces of rhubarb in the cake, just the cake itself. He got a bite of rhubarb, spit it out and told me it was a “yucky part” – I was disappointed but Grandpa Peterson was VERY PROUD!)
