Awesome tree! Great idea of plastic ornaments. You'd never know. From the pictures at least they look glass. People will wonder how you keep them in one piece. We have our tree up. Our kids are older so we have breakable ornaments on the tree. Jeremy is a cutie. I like the pics. Cute zebra car too! It's good that he got to be included in decorating the tree. I know my kids love it so I assume other kids do too. I'm sure he had fun.It was fun to read this.

The finished project is lovely! We have the similar colored ornaments for one of our trees. (Of course with the move, we didn't put up any trees this year inside.)

As for Jeremy....I would have to say that you and Jon had farrr more patience and leeway about the tree debacle than I would have! I'm not sure I would have let him decorate the second time around....even a 3 year old would understand "no fun stuff if you're just gonna wreck it".

Happily it's all done now...Let's hope he doesn't decide to do a rerun of his first activity :-)

2 years? Are you kidding? The campaign ads will start up again in about 15 months, guaranteed! And the news reports about the next election have already started! Nobody in politics ever gets anything done because all they think about is getting elected again, and how what they do (and what the opposing party does) will affect their chances! Aarrgh!

I definitely think you did the right thing, too. I am not a big fan of chiropractors. My dad went for a while when he ran out of options with conventional medicine. But, he too gave up on it when nothing improved but they kept requesting that he come back. Maya went through years of trouble with ear infections. She just had small canals. She eventually grew out of it. Besides, I have a hard time believing that a small, growing body like Jeremy's needs adjustment so young in life.

Yeah, Dat!
You did the right thing, I think. If it doesn't feel right, that is probably your intuition telling you something and a wise person will at least consider that.

Hope the little guy doesn' t have to undergo more infections, though. Kids get them alot. Wish I had kept track but it seemed so normal that we didn't. Crazy, huh?

Later,
Love,
Ma and Pa
